How to Apply
Eligibility Requirements: Families earning within the federal poverty income guidelines. Families must live in the catchment area; Head Start families living between 165th Street and 181st Street in Washington Heights, Riverside Drive to Amsterdam Avenue, and Early Head Start families and pregnant women living between 125th Street and 204th Street in Northern Manhattan.
Fee(s): Services are free to qualified families
Registration/Application Deadline: Applications accepted on an ongoing basis; families will be placed on a waiting list.
