Guiding Low-Income Families with 3 and 4 Year Olds Toward Self-Sufficiency and Success in School is our mission and goal. Applications are taken by the Family Resource Specialists. Please call (276) 386-6051 for the Family Resource Specialist in your area.
The following items are required when the application is taken:
Child’s Certified Birth Certificate
Child’s Immunization Record
Child’s Social Security Card
Child’s Pre-School Physical
Medicaid, FAMIS or Other Insurance Card
Proof of Income of Everyone in the Household
