If you are interested in enrolling your child into our Head start Program you can visit any of our Sites or administration office and bring the following documents:Last Year's Income taxes or 6 checks stubsChild's birth certificateImmunization RecordIf your child has a disability please bring confirmed diagnosis (IEP, IFSP, Psychological Report)
