enrolling at the mary crane centerChildren ages 6 weeks through 5 years can be enrolled at the Mary Crane Center. To enroll your child call (773) 938-8130, or email or call the site directly.When enrolling your child, please bring:Your child’s birth certificateProof of income (two most recent check stubs)Results from your child’s last physical and dental check-upsYour child’s immunization recordTUITIONWe use a sliding fee scale based on the family’s income and the number in the household to calculate monthly tuition. Parents pay a low co-payment; the remainder of tuition is covered by government subsidies.
