How to Apply
Register for Head Start?The first step in applying for Head Start is to fill out an application. Applications are available on our web site under the Head Start Program, at any Head Start Center and other locations in your community. You may also call 1-877-KIDS-577 and have an application mailed to you. After you return the application you will be put on a waitlist. When your name is on the top of the waitlist a Family Worker will call you for an appointment to enroll your child.

So i have a 2 year old shell be 3 sunday 9/8 shes potty trained and im looking for a headstart program of some sort even if juat a few days a week so i can work and right now im flopping between sitters just so i can pick up some hours to make my bills. I did apply for community action headstart and on a waiting list and shamrock wants $150 and with my vacations she cant go they only allow 1 week within the school year and i have to get approved to do so. My family lives in tennessee so i go down as much as i can to see them so any help would be great and appreciated
