How to Apply
The AJFC HEAD START Program is currently registering 3-4 year old children at the Centreville, Gloster, Liberty, Jefferson, Thompson, and Woodville Centers. Registration is open to all children ages 3-4 regardless of race, color, sex, creed, national origin, or disabling condition. All applicants must meet the Federal guidelines. WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU:*Proof of Birth*Proof of Income*Immunization Compliance from Health Department form #121*Copy of physical and dental exam from medical provider*Social Security Numbers and Medicaid CardYou may register between the hours of 8:30 a.m. -3:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
