Resurrection Behavioral Health Early/Head Start is a federally-funded program that helps children grow mentally, physically, socially, and emotionally. Important components that the program offers include:• Parent-child activities• Childcare• Home visits• Parent support• Screenings• Ongoing assessments• Parent trainings• Family goal setting• Fieldtrips
Who is Eligible?

Children who are 3 to 5 years old are eligible for Head Start services. Pregnant women and children from birth to 3 years of age are eligible for Early Head Start services. Children and families who are homeless, in foster care, or receive TANF or SSI are also eligible for services. Eligibility is determined by Head Start program staff and some families may be eligible for services if they are determined to be at or below the federal poverty level. Some grantees enroll a percentage of children from families with incomes above the Poverty Guidelines as well.

How to Apply
Admission to ProgramAll applications are considered for enrollment. Head Start and Early Head Start enrollees are selected based on enrollment criteria/needs of the family. RBH welcomes children with disabilities.To apply for our programs, please complete the application below. The application can be faxed, mailed, or returned in person to either of our centers listed above. We will also need proof of household income and the child's birth certificate to complete the application process.
