Child Development Services (CDS) provides early childhood education for children who are 2 to 5 years old on or before December 2nd. CDS is guided by the philosophy that all preschool children should have access to quality early education, care and supervision.
Who is Eligible?

Children who are 3 to 5 years old are eligible for Head Start services. Pregnant women and children from birth to 3 years of age are eligible for Early Head Start services. Children and families who are homeless, in foster care, or receive TANF or SSI are also eligible for services. Eligibility is determined by Head Start program staff and some families may be eligible for services if they are determined to be at or below the federal poverty level. Some grantees enroll a percentage of children from families with incomes above the Poverty Guidelines as well.

Save the document to your desktop, type in the responses needed, print and mail.

Applications may also be hand delivered at the enrollment office located at the address above (blue building – enter through the front of the building near the street).

Once we have received your application, you will be contacted and asked to come into the office to complete your enrollment paperwork. At this time, eligibility for financial assistance will be calculated.
