How To Apply:: Who is eligible: Children ages 3, 4 and 5 years whose household income is at or below 100% of the current poverty guideline may qualify for the program. Other families may also qualify and should contact their local Head Start Family Case Management staff for information.Information/documentation required for application: Households begin the application process by completing a Pre-application available at their county Community Action Program office. Households will be contacted when Head Start slots are available and will be provided a list of required documentation which includes proof of income, immunizations, etc.Additional information: Some families may qualify for the program who do not fall at or below the program's income guidelines.
