How To Apply:: If you are interested in signing your child up for Head Start, you may view and print the 2012-2013 Head Start Application. You may also pick up an application from any of our sites listed here. To view the 2012-2013 application in Spanish, please click 2012-2013 Head Start Child Application-Spanish. If you live in Tennyson, you may pick up an application at either the Boonville or Newburgh office. You may also call any of the offices and we can mail you an application. We accept applications all year, so be sure to get yours in!
