How To Apply:: Enrollment and EligibilityYFS Rapid City Head Start gives priority to families who meet household income guidelines or have children with disabilities. Income guidelines are established by the federal government each year. Description:: YFS Rapid City Early Head Start provides support to children ages 0 to 3 and their families through regular home visits, center-based activities, or a combination of the two. Home visitors and teachers are trained to work with parents and share activities that will benefit the education and lives of the children. Socialization opportunities are also offered weekly to allow children in the program to play and interact with others their age.
