How do I apply to Early Head Start? To apply to Eary Head Start please contact the local center or email an agency representative. Please give contact information that includes, your name, full address and at least two phone numbers where you can be reached For more information about the Early Head Start Program, access the Early Childhood Learning and Knowledge Center , (ECKLC)

Early Head Start We provide services for children ages 0-3 as well as pregnant women in home based and center based options. Like Head Start, Early Head Start believes parents are the first and most important teachers in the lives of their children. Experiences between birth and age fire shape a child for life, the quality of the child’s environment, social interactions, and learning experiences during those years are critical. At the time of application, families must: Live within Brown County. Have a child less than three years of age. Meet federal low-income guidelines. Be willing to participate in Early Head Start activities. Central Texas Opportunities, Inc. Early Head Start has established priorities for enrolling children based upon child and family circumstance, community needs and available funds.
