Description:: Early Head Start We provide services for children ages 0-3 as well as pregnant women in home based and center based options. Like Head Start, Early Head Start believes parents are the first and most important teachers in the lives of their children. Experiences between birth and age fire shape a child for life, the quality of the childâ€™s environment, social interactions, and learning experiences during those years are critical. At the time of application, families must: Live within Brown County. Have a child less than three years of age. Meet federal low-income guidelines.
