How To Apply:
How to Apply to HPI Hanover Preschool Initiative (HPI) is accepting applications for the 2013/2014 school year. Application appointments for the 2013/2014 school year began in January 2013. Children must be three (3) or four (4) years of age by September 30, 2013. School bus transportation is available in most areas. Meals and supplies are provided. Applicants must be a resident of Hanover County. You will need to make an application appointment. Note: Priority given to four (4) year olds and 10% of the actual enrollment will be children with disabilities. You will need to have the following for the application appointment: Two proofs of residency in Hanover County (taxes, lease or deed, phone bill, personal property tax (paid), check stub, voter registration card, and/or some other forms of documentation may be considered) Official copy of child's birth certificate and social security card Custody papers (if applicable) Proofs of income (taxes, TANF, child support, unemploymen
