We support parents in achieving their own goals by providing leadership opportunities, trainings, information and referrals.Who is eligible? Pregnant women and families with children aged birth to 5 years in Washington, Lamoille and Orange Counties. Eligibility is based on income, receipt of public assistance, supplemental security income (SSI), child care subsidy, or foster care.
