Description:: The Red Cliff Early Childhood Center offers Early Head Start in a home based and center based setting. The home base option serves thirty-six participants ranging from prenatal through age three in the home environment through regular weekly and monthly visits. The center based program option serves thirty-two children ranging from 6 weeks to 3 years old. The center based program has four classrooms. The Head Start Program can serve up to 50 children ages three-five years in a center based setting. The Head Start Program has three classrooms The Red Cliff Early Childhood Center also has a Kindergarten Readiness Program through the Department Of Indian Education; Ojibwe language revitalization ANA grant; a wrap-around Child Care Program; and a Child Wellness Program titled LAUNCH which is funded through SAMSHA.
