Enrollment/Intake Process Enrolling in Head Start is easy! Click here to download and print the application: http://www.qcap.org/files/Head_Start_Application.pdf. You can also call the Head Start office at 617-249-2000 to have the application mailed to you. Click here to download and print the application in Chinese. Return your completed application to: QCAP Head Start 22 Pray Street Quincy, MA 02169 Once we receive your application, an Enrollment Specialist will contact you to schedule an intake appointment. Head Start provides enrollment opportunities for children and their families on a continuous basis throughout the year.

Head Start provides comprehensive services including education, health, nutrition, family support and parent involvement. The goal of Head Start is to prepare children to enter kindergarten ready to learn and to promote their success in later learning. The program also supports families in meeting their goals towards self-sufficiency.
