How To Apply:: Eligibility & Family Services Registration: All families are welcome to apply for services. There are a few steps you will need to take to register for the Head Start program. These are necessary to ensure that your family receives the best possible service. There are a number of forms for you to fill out that will include questions about your familyâ€™s income. A Recruiter & Family Advocate or other staff member will help you work on these forms. Race, color, religion, or nationality does not matter. There is no charge for services. These programs are to help you with the safety, health, education, and development of your child. Any time you have a question, please ask a Head Start staff member. Selection / Eligibility: Priority for actual selection will be based on the selection criteria. Points for each criterion will be assigned to each child. The childâ€™s total points will determine his/her ranking in the total group of children eligible for that specific age/development
