Description:: In 1987, E Center was awarded federal funds from the Department of Health and Human Services to provide Head Start services in Yuba and Sutter counties. In 2007, E Center was awarded federal funds to provide services in Butte County. Regional Head Start (RHS) is currently funded to provide services to children 3-5 years of age. Our Teachers are highly qualified and receive continuous training in best practices for the child development field. Our facilities are comfortable, pleasant, and safe providing an enriched environment so your child can enjoy a healthy, nurturing, learning environment
