Description:: In 2009, E Center was awarded federal funds to operate a Migrant Early Head Start Program. E Center Migrant Early Head Start Centers and Family Child Care Homes provide quality childcare free of cost to low income families that work in agriculture related work such as; working in produce fields, produce canning, and packing plants and that migrate each year. Care is provided for children four weeks to 3 years of age. The centers and Family Child Care Homes are open 10-12 hours a day, 5 days a week, during harvest time (from late Spring through mid to late fall depending on the crop season). Our Teachers are highly qualified and receive continuous training in best practices for the child development field. Our facilities are comfortable, pleasant, and safe providing an enriched environment so your child can enjoy a healthy, nurturing, learning environment while you are at work.
