How To Apply:: Enrollment in Head Start To enroll in a Head Start program, contact the center closest to your home or contact our Head Start administrative offices at 856.964.2100. Our Family Service Advocates will explain the process and arrange a time to meet with you to complete the application and enrollment paperwork. Click here to download the Head Start Application.
