Ways your child could Qualify for the Early Head Start Full-Day/Full-Year ProgramMust have an infant or toddler that is younger than 3 years of age before October 1st (AND) You are eligible to receive Child Care Subsidy (OR) You are a K-TAP recipient (AND) You are attending school or,You are in job training or, You are currently working.Ways a Pregnant Mother could qualify for Early Head Start Services.Have an established pregnancy Consideration given for circumstances including income, current trimester and potential health risk, but not limited to the above To apply you will need:Income verification Child’s birth verification Child’s social security number
