How To Apply:: Franklin-Vance-Warren Opportunity, Inc., Head Start is accepting applications for enrollment in Franklin, Vance, Warren, and Granville counties for the 2009-2010 Program Year.If you have a child age 3 by August 31, 2009, and would like the apply for the upcoming program year, now is the time to do so. Parents of children with special needs are encouraged to apply.
